1. Subscription Refunds:
   a. Monthly and annual subscription fees for ShowTime OTT are non-refundable.
   b. If you decide to cancel your subscription, you will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining period of your subscription.

2. Purchase Refunds:
   a. Rental or purchase fees for individual movies or other content on ShowTime OTT may be eligible for a refund under certain circumstances.
   b. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 48 hours of your purchase.  The refund will be credited into your mode of payment in 5-7 banking working days.


   c. Refunds may be granted in the following situations:
      i. Technical Issues: If you encounter technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the purchased content, despite reasonable attempts to resolve the issue.
      ii. Content Quality: If the purchased content has significant quality issues, such as severe video or audio problems, rendering it unwatchable.
   d. Refunds will not be provided for the following reasons:
      i. Change of Mind: If you have simply changed your mind or no longer wish to watch the purchased content.
      ii. Failure to Meet Personal Expectations: If the content does not meet your personal preferences or expectations.
   e. To request a refund, please contact our support team at arrowmediainc@gmail.com. Include your purchase details and the reason for your refund request.

3. Processing of Refunds:
   a. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
   b. The refund amount, if granted, will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
   c. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

There is no  return and cancellation applicable to our business as it is subscripton basis

The Subscription Fee specified for each Subscription plan are inclusive of applicable taxes for Indian subscribers and subject to the applicable laws of other subscribers. Further, the Subscription Fees paid to Arha for availing the Services are final and non-refundable after Seven (7 ) days from the date of purchase of the relevant Subscription, and irrespective of whether (i) the Subscription has been availed by You or not, or (ii) You request for a change or cancellation in any Subscription plan prior to the expiration of the current Subscription plan period. Refund of the Subscription Fee shall not apply if the User has accessed any premium content
